Healthy Body, Healthy Mind supports individuals and families affected by both mental health and alcohol problems. Services include mentoring, counselling and a personal development programme.

Training available for the community and voluntary sector on a wide range of drug and alcohol topics and for workplaces in relation to policies and procedures for managing substance misuse within the workplace
Extern provides training on Needle and Syringe Exchange and on the supply and administration of Take Home Naloxone to services within the substance use sector and the homelessness sector. Extern also provides training on harm reduction issues to services within these sectors.
The training may also be provided to staff outside these sectors where there is clear evidence of need.
This training is provided regionally.
NA is a fellowship of men and women who come together once or twice a week to share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem with drugs (street drugs or prescribed) - group meetings take place regularly across NI - you can search the website or call the info line number to find out about one taking place close to you
This free national helpline supported by the National Lottery Community Fund aims to provide confidential advice, information and support to anyone aged over 50 who may be worried about their drinking, or anyone worried about a loved one over 50. The helpline number is 0808 801 0750. This will be available 7 days a week from Monday to Friday at 12pm - 8pm and 10am to 4pm at weekends.
