One to one therapuetic treatment and support service for those aged 18+ misusing alcohol and/or drugs. Family members can also get advice and support regardless of whether their significant other is seeking help.

The Extern Street Injectors Support Service (SISS) uses experienced staff to engage with street injectors in Belfast and to collect and dispose of inappropriately discarded injecting equipment.
The hours of this service are varied, including evenings and weekends, and it provides a vital link to vulnerable drug users by assisting with access to temporary accommodation and healthcare services.
Needle and Syringe Exchange - South Eastern Outreach Team - South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust

A confidential needle and syringe exchange service that provides free sterile injecting equipment to injecting drug users (of any type i.e. illegal opioids or stimulants, steroids or tanning solutions), alongside health promotion information or advice - the services can then safely dispose of any used injecting equipment on your return visit.
